CARVER implements ISO 15504 and ISO 33000
In order to continually improve the quality of the Services we offer at Carver to our clients, we have decided to implement ISO / IEC 15504 and ISO / IEC 33000 standards with maturity level 3, with the purpose of providing a structured approach to the evaluation of our processes, allowing us to achieve different objectives:
· Understand the state of our development processes seeking improvement of these.
· Determine the suitability of our processes for a particular requirement or for a set of requirements.
· Improve the quality of the products and services offered to our clients.
The objective that we have set ourselves is to obtain the Certifications between the months of June and July of this year. To achieve this objective, we have the collaboration of the consulting firm Ingertec, specialized in these standards.
Certification audits will be carried out by Rina, a prestigious Italian root certification company, and we are currently working with Ingertec on adapting our software development processes to the new standards. As it cannot be otherwise, this entire certification project is being carried out in telework mode.
